The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has introduced a new interactive mobile app that uses augmented reality to help youth and children learn about Lehi's vision of the tree of life from the Book of Mormon.

NEW VERNON STAKE PRESIDENCY

A big welcome to our New Stake Presidency sustained on Sunday, April 19, 2026. They are President Brad Bishop from Kelowna 2nd Ward, President Bryce Hillsman from Vernon 1st Ward (1st Counselor) and President Russel McCue from Kamloops 2nd Ward (2nd Counselor). They were called by Elder Vern P. Stanfill of the Canada Area Presidency and Elder Kevin C. Thompson of the Area Seventy and sustained by members of the Vernon Stake.
