BC FOOD DRIVE COMING THIS MONTH

BC THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE SEPTEMBER 21, 2024

The BC Thanksgiving Food Drive (BCTFD) is back for 2024 and needs your help to warm hearts and bellies!

Food Donation Bag drop-off takes place between September 16 and 19, and food collection is on Saturday, September 21. The BC Thanksgiving Food Drive is an annual event that collects food and financial support for food banks all over BC. Each September, about 5,000 volunteers help in nearly 100 communities around the province.

Many individuals face food shortages, which leaves them and their children without adequate meals and proper nutrition. The BCTFD has been providing support since 2008. If you’re not signed up yet for a route, please talk to your ward food drive coordinator. Thank you for your generosity in providing help with this worthy cause.
